Hillside Resort is currently hiring experienced bartenders to join our dynamic team. With two indoor bars and outdoor bar service, this is a great opportunity for a skilled bartender who enjoys working in a high-volume, energetic, and scenic lakefront setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain a clean and organized bar

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience

• Handle cash and operate POS systems accurately

• Work cooperatively with bar staff, servers, and management

• Ensure compliance with all alcohol laws and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience required

• Must be 21+

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented

• Weekend and evening availability required
